PHP version: 3.0.5
PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: make dies complaining that it can't find mysql.h
PHP 3.0.5 assumes that mysql.h is installed in /usr/local/include/mysql when that is not the case
for some systems. This causes make to die.
