in php.h we have:
#ifndef LONG_MAX
#define LONG_MAX 2147483647L
#endif
#ifndef LONG_MIN
#define LONG_MIN (- LONG_MAX - 1)
#endif
just in cas limits.h is not there or does not define LONG_MAX
maybe this should be done in zend.h to ?
