Description: default_charset brings small incompatibility
oops.. i was talking about NEW php users of course...
the problem is in modules for charset conversion, they are getting confused by iso-latin1 header,
and it's hard for newbies to solve it... at least it was hard for experienced users when this
new feature appeared :)
