PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Bug description: Certain Errors fail to produce php warnings
When php script contains a require() function, which tries to open an non-existant file php stops
parsing the page at the require line and doesn't produce a warning.
For example, try adding require "non_existant_file.inc"; to any php script.
