Bug description: POST file uploading and HTTP_POST_VARS
When using <input type=file name=bob>
$bob is the temp file name. Wouldn't it stand to reason to put $bob in HTTP_POST_VARS too?
If not, document it.. i went crazy for an hour with this =)
