Hi,
In addition to Bug 5885 i have to complain, that mod_php sends status 200 by
default when used as ErrorDocument. This is not very good, because all
User-Agents are cheated by this and are not going to parse other headers like
'Alternates' or even 'Location' correctly, so the functionality of HTTP Status
Codes are broken.
I'm sure, people can use the header() function to change this behaivour, but i
think most people won't even notice, that something goes wrong.
Apache sends the correct Status Code (if possible) when I define a text/html
document as ErrorDocument (or a PHP CGI script), I think mod_php should do
this by default, too.
best regards,
