PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: error compiling zend-scanner.i
I did
'./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs'
and then typed
'make'
and I get
/bin/sh ../libtool -silent --mode=compile gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -DXML_BYTE_ORDER=21 -g
-02 -c zend-scanner.c

I even tried PHP4.0 to see if it was a problem with 4.01 but it wasn't.
