Bug description: 'Form action="..."' url don't get updated in specific
case
When using the url to pass session ids, if your html is
<form method="post" action="mypage.php">, then the action urls don't
get updated with the session id's. However if you reverse the action and method properties like
<form action="mypage.php" method="post">, everything works fine.
