This is because you are using a MySQL client library linked against pthreads.
Compile the mysql client libs from source and use those instead.
Your configure line is also all messed up. You can only use one of --with-apxs and --with-apache.
Don't use both. And --with-shared-apache has been deprecated so don't use that at all.
