PHP Bug Type: Installation problem
Bug description: APXS Failure
The apxs script is actually executing, it's just claiming that it's not receiving the
right parameters: ie it's showing the usage options when it gets up to the bit in the configure
script. It still doesn't work with --with-perl sepcified.
