Ok i think i made a mistake. but still odd.
in the 4.2.x version of php the ISAPI version registers the REQUEST_METHOD
as HTTP_SERVER_VARS["REQUEST_METHOD"]
However, in the CGI version it is registered as HTTP_ENV_VARS["REQUEST_METHOD"]
is this intentional?
