Empress Instructions

Steve, now that I assume PHP works well with Empress, could I interest you in either adding a PHP FAQ entry about how to get PHP + Empress set up? Or maybe a page on your own Empress web site that we can refer people to? We have a bit of a lack of step-by-step introductory information on how to get started with an Apache+PHP+Database setup. Obviously, a well-presented page on how to get started with PHP+Empress is going to get more PHP users to consider Empress.
