I thought that page was more or less defunct, now that PHP4 is actually
out...
As I recall, it was linked from the "news" on PHP3 back in the day when PHP4
was "forthcoming".
I also thought there was some out-of-date info on it anyway...
Maybe now there should be no /version4 but a /version3 telling people how to
upgrade, and then how to get the most out of their upgrade...
Eg. the "win32 build instructions" and "cvs information" (quoting Andi) are still up to date (I think).
I´m sure the whole site need some update, but I´m equally sure nobody has time to do it ;)
