I could not get your code to work verbatim. I hacked at it til the errors
disappeared and was left with this...

while( ! $c ? (${$s} =~ (($b?'':@$s=a))): !ß)++$s;
echo 'PHP '.strtoupper(substr(${''}.(~${''}),1,-1)).' is the

system($s.++$b);

I will have to sit down to figure out exactly what is going on. :)
