Hi,
See bug #6055 http://bugs.php.net/?id=6055 because
include() and require() are
broken when using URLs since early August CVS releases (can't tell exactly, and
I'm on vacation...).
Trace is included in bug report.
Beside that, PHP from mid-July runs fine here with 200 users using PHP scripts
written with PHP 3.0.16 and many options (ftp, imap, etc.). dBase functions
wouldn't work correctly at first but they've been fixed so the current CVS
version is fine, people didn't complain about things not working and I didn't
see more errors than with PHP 3.0.16 or PHP 4.0.1-dev (PHP 4 before 4.0.1-dev
didn't work because of suEXEC).
I still have problems with GD not detecting PNG functions correctly but I know
this is tricky so I'll just use JPEG instead for now. And no, I can't delete
the multiple GD libs as I'm not root on system.
BTW, how long would it take to write a Perl engine with Zend (just wondering...
:) ?
