I've tested this particular setup with a mSQL 2 database of ~150.000 rows. Tested functions in detail: msql_affected_rows msql_close msql_connect msql_fetch_row msql_free_result msql_num_rows msql_num_fields msql_query msql_select_db Due to the massive use of macros, redundant code could be avoided kicking out just another source of errors. While retaining compatibility for the user, msql.c became shorter and more advanced.
