OK, 2 things here:
1. You have register_globals disabled, this means SCRIPT_FILENAME won't be in globals.
2. There was a bug in 4.0.1pl2, that registering didn't work too good with all settings of
register_globals and track_vars. Try latest version or wait for soon-to-be-out 4.0.2.
