A few things of note:
1) update to the latest cvs builds. pl2 was released without many changes to the solid support.
2) what version of solid are you running?
3) where is your solid install? the default PHP source is /usr/local/solid. by the missing
SQLINTEGER it sounds as if it cannot find your include files, which will drastically hinder the
build process.
