Operating system: linux redhat 6.1
PHP version: 4.0.1pl2
PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: mktime/date returning unexpected value
<? echo date("m-d-Y",mktime(0,0,0,0,0,0)); ?>
This returns '11-30-1999'. That doesn't seem to make sense - shouldn't it be
January 1, 1970 or something like that?
