I think it's about time to aim at releasing 4.0.2 in the next week or so.

well the win32 directory issue
The 4.0.1->4.0.2 NEWS file is starting to get looooooooong ;)
btw, we shouldn´t overwrite the NEWS file, it´ll handy to be able to access prior versions too, eg. I searched for when zeev implemented parent:: but I couldn´t find a trace (or was is post 4.0.1pl2), ahh, I think this is documented nowhere, I´ll file a docu bug right now
