Hi there, I'm currently experiencing very weird problems related to the php.ini on the Win32 platform. The following reports are based on Windows 2000 Professional, Apache 1.3.12 and PHP 4.0.2-dev (latest binaries downloaded from php4win.de): - When run as CGI the php.ini has to be placed in the same directory as
php.exe, it is not found in the root:\winnt\ directory as it was
    before
I was experiencing some similar problems before I commited my fopen-wrappers patch. Can you please try the latest CVS> If you need me to send you binaries I will.
- When run as an ApacheModule the php.ini is not found or parsed. I tried
root:\winnt\, root:\ and the directories in which php.exe and
    php4apache.dll reside.
I don't use the Apache module so I can't help you here.
- When run as CGI the include_path directive of the php.ini works not
    correct.
On the one hand I have to write
      "e:/server/apache/php/phplib"
    instead of
      "e:\server\apache\php\phplib"
which worked fine with the ApacheModule until recently.
On the other hand I can only set one include directory. As soon as I
specify more than one directory files from all given directories are
    not found.
    Even
      ".;e:/server/apache/php/phplib"
    doesn't work.
Weird, well try the latest CVS and please make sure we get feedback because it could be fixed now. --- Andi Gutmans <andi@zend.com> http://www.zend.com/
