It seems that people who submit bug reports often 'forget' that
they have issued one. Maybe there should be a reminder also for
them like there is for Assigned-type bugs ??? Which is sent once
a week or two weeks ??
There have been many bugs which I have closed due missing user feedback
and in a day or two they have replied that problem either is solved or
not.
