I logged into his system and had a look. It looks like the problem is
somehow related to the way he is loading most of the modules except PHP
dynamically from his httpd.conf file. I suggested that he build stuff
statically. I didn't have time to figure out exactly what he had screwed
up in his httpd.conf file. The PHP module was in his binary, and he did
have the right mime type defined in the httpd.conf and I made sure that it
was restarted correctly.
