Our default C preprocessor dislikes the hoardes of __attribute__((unused))
cases in the sql support, so disable it via -traditional-cpp. You already
have that fix in for Mac OS X Server.
I've sent some patches to the GNU libtool folks which get php to build
on Mac OS X, but it is not linking in all of the built files, so it's still
busted somewhere.
