Bug description: Apache isn't running with PHP4 module with PostrgreSQL support
If I compile PHP4 module with PostgreSQL support compilation is OK. But apache cannot start (it
cannot find libpq.so). The PHP3 module is without problem.
I use this configure parametrs.
./configure --with-pgsql --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs
or
./configure --with-pgsql=/usr/local/ --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs
and I have PostgreSQL in /usr/local/. The library libpq.so is in /usr/local/lib.
I have
PostgreSQL 6.5
Apache 1.3.9
