Just add 'opinit' into /home1/app/oracle/product/732/bin/genclntsh
(which is a shell script) and run it. It'll create new libclntsh.so.1.0
which then has 'opinit' in it.
Remember to make backup of the original libclntsh.so.1.0 !!

Did you check that url? There is info how to do it.
And using http://www.google.com/ and 'opinit' as
search string
gives a 'few' hits.. =)
