Bug description: php3_check_open_basedir on
i've tried the php3_check_open_basedir-'feature' - however, to me it seems that the
function _php3_check_open_basedir() (fopen-wrappers.c) isn't really working. i guess it should
return ok if the directory is owned by the same user the running script belongs to ... if i'm
wrong i'm sorry for this 'bugreport', if i'm not it would be handy if you could
fix this.
