Bug description: error in configure
The configure script seems to have a problem if you're compiling using apxs and your apache has
been patched to use EAPI. The configure script compiles everything with -DEAPI=1, which should be
-DEAPI. This leaves you with an httpd binary that segfaults when doing httpd -t and doesn't
run.
