Hi folks,
i'm sorry about my two last bug reports regarding bitwise NOT/bitwise OR.
I must have been drunk when I converted the decimal numbers to the binary
representation. So to make it clear: The bitwise operations in PHP
4.0.1pl2 work fine, it was my fault. Sorry.
However, i still don't understand, why the decbin() function does not
work with negative numbers. But maybe this is a thing for the wish list.
