MySQL-3.22.13-beta needs egcs1.0.3b as egcs1.1.1 has an
oustanding bug that Monty is awaiting from egcs-dev
-- so downgraded to egcs 1.0.3b here
o I will uncomment out the ctor fix in
control_structures_inline.h:1086 from Zeev
and use php-3.0.6 as work-around
Hope php-3.0.6 likes egcs 1.0.3b ...
