This happens in this condition:
struct stat st;
if (stat(FileName, &st) >= 0) {
ImageInfo->FileDateTime = st.st_mtime;
ImageInfo->FileSize = st.st_size;
} else {
php_error(E_ERROR,"Can't get file statitics");
}
Perhaps a permission problem?
