yes a very serious problem. I am QA as well so here it is.
If you can create a script that contains several classes in the following
fashion.
<?
require("class1.class");
require("class2.class");
this line should be in class2 -->require("class3.class");
$class1p = new class1();
$class2p = ....
$class1p->somemethod($class2p);
?>
now from within class 1 do something with 2 and 3.
here is how this bug works: If ONLY one user is using the system then there
is no problem.
however if multiple users are accessing the system you will get an error
something lke this:
error: cannot redeclare class1.class
as far as i can tell - ISAPI is not droping the class it had already parsed
and is attempting to use it
from memory??? so when a NEW client trys to connect what will happen is that
it will attempt to reload
class1.class and give an error.
this is a really bizare bug and you might have problems reproducing it --- I
have a deadline for a project soon so i am a bit tied up.
however if i have the time i can write up a formal report with an example.
hope that this was helpful
