Problem with values submitted from <FORM>'s

I'm running 4.0.1pl2 from IIS on Windows2000 Pro. The problem I have is
weird, I submit a value from a Form, which is from a text box, and when I
try to echo the value out, PHP doesn't return anything.
It works on Linux though, but fails on my machine. Anyone faced a similar
problem before ?
