New release available: http://www.php.net/downloads.php.
The "possibly" WebSite/Windows bugs that I know about are:
1. CGI version with content-type of wwwserver/shellcgi causes a Dr. Watson
error.
2. The Content-Type Header is missing from the header block. The
"mandatory" blank line is also missing. The workaround for scripts is to
insert a blank line in the source. The phpinfo function which uses the
GIUD, however, produces an image that is not rendered because of these
problems.
3. Persistent connections are not re-used. Therefore the number of
sleeping processes continues to grow. I believe it is a windows (not
WebSite issue) because I have demonstrated the effect with MySQL and
PostgreSQL.
4. The Windows COM interface now works great. This was my primary reason
for not releasing PHP4 to production.
5. gettimeofday and microtime function do not work properly with Windows.
6. read_exif_data fails. I have not been able to isolate this as a Windows,
WebSite or combination problem.
