Bug description:
i have compiled apache 1.3.1 with php/fi
as module (with ./configure --activate-module
src/modules/php3/libphp3.a).
when i want to call http://localhost/server-status
i get a "forbidden to access /server-status"
error message. when i compile apache without
phpfi, but with the same other configuration
options, /server-status works (it is well configured
in httpd.conf and access.conf).
