PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: "make test" and "make bench" didn't work
After compiling php as cgi-module, i tried to test my binary with "make test" command, but
it just shows "No tests were run."
make bench - "make: *** No rule to make target `bench'. Stop."
