According to the stack dump, line 444 in main.c is the point, when I
step through there with debug, then the vsnprintf function is being
called with a null list of var_args, which is causing it to barf.
Problem is, the variable orig_args is being cleared on line 369
(va_end()), and
then being reused on line 444.
