I'm writing an article for O'Reilly's PHP site regarding the php.ini. I
was wondering if anyone here could provide some clarification on a few
directives. I've looked at the manual and the php.ini file itself but
these directives are either lightly documented or not at all.
Once I've gotten information on the directives I'm willing to submit
more detailed documentation for the manual if nobody has done so yet.
Here are the directives in question:
session.save_handler <-- I pretty much know what this does, I just need
to know what options are available other than "file"
session.use_cookies <- Have a general idea about these two but the
description is a little vague
session.name <--
session.auto_start
session.serialize_handler
session.gc_probability
session.gc_maxlifetime
session.referer_check
session.entropy_length
session.entropy_file
session.cache_limiter
session.cache_expire
assert.active
assert.warning
assert.bail
assert.callback
assert.quiet_eval
Thanks!
