The error
PHP Fatal error: Unable to load dynamic library './php_mssql.dll'<br> A device
attached to the system is not functioning. in Unknown on line 0
has to do with missing DLL's. You have to install the MS SQL Server client tools on your
Windows 98 maschine. You could try to copy ntwdblib.dll from an NT maschine.
