ID: 6099 Updated by: sniper Reported By: dazimi@city.toronto.on.ca Status: Closed Bug Type: MSSQL related Assigned To: Comments: No feedback. Please try adding this php_mssql70.dll instead of php_mssql.dll as it seems there's some typo in php.ini-dist.. Reopen if problem still exists with newer versions ( >= php4.0.2). --Jani Previous Comments: [2000-08-18 19:23:16] waldschrott@php.net dumb question, do you have that .dll placed in the extension dir... --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2000-08-11 02:19:45] dazimi@city.toronto.on.ca I'm simply trying to connect to mssql version 6.5. I've tried everything that people have suggested on the php.net support but no luck. I simply get the undefined function. I have gone through the procedure to make sure the extention_dir is correct and also I have removed the ";" from section: [MSSQL] extension=php_mssql.dll Also someonce mentioned to use the php.exe and now the iis simply hangs and I can't run the web server any longer. so I went back to phpiis lib. Anyhow, our application here at the city of toronto runs partially on mysql which is problem free but the next portion that I have to connect to mssql can not establish connection. Any suggestion? Your help is much appreciated.
