Bug description: Using a blob crashes php
The following causes segfault with latest 4.0.2 (worked fine with pl2):
$sql="insert into blobtable(ablob) values(?)";
$blob_id = ibase_blob_create();
ibase_blob_add($blob_id, "blah");
$bid = ibase_blob_close($blob_id);
$res=ibase_prepare($sql);
$x=ibase_execute($res, $bid);
