Bug description: odbc_pconnect causes diversity of failures
Using IIS
When using odbc_pconnect, the following conditions occur frequently:
PHP has access violation
"Remote Procedure Call Failed"
This does not occur when odbc_connect is used.
It appears to be reproducible only when multiple pages being fetched use the same persistent
connection simultaneously -- and hence may be a threading problem.
