The problem has been tested with the following versions:
php 4.0.1 + pdflib 3.00
php 4 cvs + pdflib 3.01
php 4 cvs + pdflib 3.01
php 4 cvs + pdflib 3.02
php 4.0.2 + pdflib 3.02
