Hmm...my PHP 4 commandline version doesn't do that; I get the
expected output (in both cases):
shanna% php ./phantom_output.html
X-Powered-By: PHP/4.0.3-dev
Location: http://www.php.net
Content-type: text/html
<HTML>
<HEAD>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
Test
</BODY>
</HTML>
(I stuck a spurious location header in the do_html() function for
testing...)
Curiouser and curiouser...
