ID: 6638 Updated by: rasmus Reported By: mihai@romania.eu.net Status: Closed Bug Type: Compile Problem Assigned To: Comments: That's what the --with-kerberos configure switch does. Previous Comments: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2000-09-09 10:21:06] mihai@romania.eu.net Got rid of it in a php.spec by something like: EXTRA_LIBS="-L/usr/kerberos/lib -lgssapi_krb5 -lkrb5 -lk5crypto -lcom_err" Please be kind an release a README or make a switch in configure for such situations (compile on RedHat 6.1/6.2 that is) --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2000-09-09 09:31:08] mihai@romania.eu.net It seems that configure does not check for the Kerberos issue present in bug id #4424 (which is marked as closed ?) on RedHat 6.2. And, the README or other info files also does not mention that. Maybe a README.RH-IMAP or a switch like --with-rh-imap-hack will do. So far, it boils down to a patch to conf-vars.mk .... --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Full Bug description available at: http://bugs.php.net/?id=6638
