Desperately trying to unsubscribe

Sorry for the spam guys. My New Year's resolution was to cut back my daily unread mail by 1000. Can someone please suggest another method for unsubscribing!!!! I have tried sending mail to php3-unsubscribe@lists.php.net and php3-dev-unsubscribe@lists.php.net with every possible From: and Reply-to: address I can think of. I have also sent mail to zeev@zend.com and still the list keeps coming. The info is great but I get to much damn mail.
