Bug description: htmlentities does not encode apostrophe
We can play this game all day, guys.
I complain htmlspecialchars does not encode apostrophe, I'm told to use htmlentities instead.
htmlentities doesn't do it. The arguments claimed against htmlspecialchars do not hold for
htmlentities.
If you just close this without a good reason, you are quite blatantly doing so simply because I
opened it, not because you think the function should not be changed. It's not big, and
it's not clever ;-).
