Please write bug reports in english. And I suspect this is not even a bug.
Unless your "répertoire adéquat" is the same directory as your php executable, you will
have to provide the full path to the executable or add the directory to your PATH environment
variable.
And if your script file is in a different directory, you will need to provide the full path to it.

Je parviens à éxecuter php en cliquant sur l'icone du fichier mais
je n'arrive pas à éxecuter le même programme php dans une fenêtre MS-DOS en effectuant
php -q oliv.php3 (dans le répertoire adéquat)
Il m'annonce qu'il ne peut pas ouvrir le fichier ...
