Bug description: doing a filelist on os390 with phps ftp-support doesn't return a result
when doing a filelist on os390 (ftp_rawlist and mabe ftp_nlist) returns no files even when files are
stored.
We inserted a pach in ftp.c wich handles the silly return-code from os390 correct:
