Cannot reporduce this on current build, so I guess it's fixed.

ATTENTION
parse_url() crashes too without parameters
fopen() crashes on non-existent file
and crashes on try to open the file currently
beeing executed
please verify

while some older builds (eg. 08-02(own) and 08-16(php4win)) show "wrong parameter
count..."
my newest release builds (stas´ debug build included) crash on...
